This semester we will go back in time to learn about inventions. We will begin making a "cave" and learning about the first inventions of cave people. We will go on to make things New Yorkers had in their homes 500 years ago in Manahatta. We will conclude with the invention of writing, wheels and building wheel inventions and then delve into simple machines like pulleys, levers and planes

This semester we will continue our fall studies including making leaf field guides, bird models and woodland animal dioramas. we will continue with a geology study making rock boxes and beginning our own rock collection with special rocks.
