For kids that LOVE to read - either independently or as a group - this class will give children time to dig deeper into their own reading or to form book clubs to share their thoughts and ideas. The format will be KID driven and allow for a range of formats that work for each individual reader.

Adventurers wanted for Dungeons & Dragons (D&D)! In Dungeons & Dragons, players form an adventuring party to explore fantasy worlds together, go on epic quests and level up in experience. The Game Master (also known as the GM) is the game's referee and storyteller. There’s no winning or losing in D&D—at least, not in the conventional way. Create a character and join others on an adventure as you roll dice and decide what happens next!

Structured and unstructured time to play a variety of sports and games - both physical and non-physical (cards, board games, brain games.). The focus will be on team sports and games that foster cooperation, competition, following rules, being a team player and a good sport. For little ones, this is a great opportunity to learn and develop social skills.

School Age Child Care licenses require that PreK students be grouped separately from older students. They may be grouped only with K students with a staff to child ratio of 1:8 with a group size less than 12. PreK play activities will include arts & crafts, playground time, legos, sports and more.

This semester we will continue our fall studies including making leaf field guides, bird models and woodland animal dioramas. we will continue with a geology study making rock boxes and beginning our own rock collection with special rocks.
